2019-2020 term

july dcm

July's DCM took place in Zanussi Park in Tracy, California. We played ice breakers, talked about announcements, and made paper origami for children in hospitals. After the DCM, the opportunity to pie the Division Leadership Team was offered to members. A fundraiser at T4 to raise money for the Pediatric Trauma Program.

colorsplash

Region 16's annual colorsplash was held in Elk Grove! We played icebreakers as usual and played fun games like water balloon toss, hula hoop game, and etcetera. A fundraiser was held at TeaCup to raise money for PTP.

region training conference

The 2019 region training conference was held in Elk Grove. Key clubbers were able to attend various sessions presented by Region 16 Division Coordinators. These presentations were beneficial in building leadership skills and taught individuals how to have a higher chance of getting the position they want to apply for. This year's spirit stick was given to Division 7 South for winning the 2019 RTC rally battle.

august dcm

This year's august dcm took place in Stockton in Oak Park Ice Arena. We discussed important upcoming events and recognized key clubbers and advisors of the month. After our meeting we were able to enjoy skating on the ice rink. A fundraiser at Tea Daze was also held to help raise money for Pediatric Trauma Program.

october dcm

October DCM was held on October 11, 2019 at John Kimball High School. Along with important DCM announcements and distribution of our new division shirts, our second Spirit Training Conference was held. We learned the Fall Rally cheers including congratulatory, spirit, and rally cheers. We also held a raffle for a hydroflasks (all proceeds went to PTP).
